Nathan Brown

Lead Pastor

Nathan is the lead pastor with the gift of Apostle with his wife Danielle with the gift of Prophet. Nathan leads with a team of elders who serve as a council. Always willing to listen, he seeks out people in his church and community to give advice and wisdom. He believes in empowering leaders and delegating responsibilities to those in the church whom God has gifted.

Mike Parsio

Care Pastor

Mike has served with Pastor Nathan in several ministry capacities over the past 20 years. He is a gifted teacher and communicator of the Gospel. Mike is also gifted in Evangelism and holds the position of Evangelist in Real Church.

Dom Martin

Community Pastor

Dom has served in ministry for many years. He currently serves as the Community Pastor to ensure that people find community and care within the church and beyond.

Real Church bases it leadership structure on the leadership positions found in Ephesians 4:11-14 (ESV):

And he [Jesus] gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.
